How big is a 13-yard roll-off bin?
Our bin is 14 feet long and holds 13 cubic yards of loose material. One cubic yard is a space 3 feet by 3 feet by 3 feet. If that's hard to picture, think pickup loads: the bin holds roughly 4 to 6 full-size pickup beds of debris.
Quick math for a pile you've already started: multiply length × width × height in feet, then divide by 27. A pile 10 feet long, 6 feet wide and 4 feet high is about 9 cubic yards, which fits with room to spare.

How much does it cost?
Our bin starts at $355 for up to 7 days, including 1 ton of debris and the first $200 of the dump fee. That price applies in Sealy, Katy and the towns in between, like Brookshire. Outside that area, mileage is added.
Over 1 ton: $75 per ton, up to the 3.5-ton (7,000 lb) limit
Over 3.5 tons: you'll be asked to remove the extra before pickup
Longer than 7 days: available, and the rate goes up after day 7
Street placement: may need a city permit, and that fee is added to the rental

Watch the weight, not just the space
Light, bulky things like branches, leaves, cardboard and furniture fill the bin by volume. Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, brick and shingles can reach the 3.5-ton limit when the bin only looks half full. If your project is heavy, call first and we'll help you plan.
What can and can't go in the bin?
Household junk, yard waste, furniture and remodel debris are fine. No hazardous waste: no wet paint, solvents, oil, fuel, batteries, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste or propane tanks. Let us know ahead of time about mattresses, sofas or appliances with Freon.
How fast is delivery?
We offer next-day delivery Monday through Saturday when a bin is available. Busy weeks, like the weeks after a storm or before the holidays, fill up, so book early.
Where can the bin go?
We set bins on driveways or private property, including inside city limits. Pick a clear, level spot with room for our truck to back in, and check for low branches, overhead wires and parked cars. If you're in an HOA, check its rules before delivery.
Loading tips
Put flat, heavy items in first and spread the weight evenly.
Break down furniture and cut long branches so they lie flat.
Fill gaps with smaller debris.
Keep everything at or below the top edge so the bin can be hauled safely.
